Refund & Return Policy
At Peptide Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality research-grade peptides and supplements. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Change of Mind Policy
Under no circumstances can we refund products due to a change of mind. Once you have purchased any of our products, the sale is final. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials, all sales are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If for any reason your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
To submit a claim, please email a photo or screenshot of the defective product, along with your order number, to support@peptidecentre.com. Once verified, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
3. International Orders & Customs Seizures
For international customers, if your order is seized or confiscated by customs, Peptide Centre will offer one (1) complimentary reshipment. After this, the customer assumes full responsibility for any future customs-related issues or losses.
Please ensure you have reviewed your local import laws to confirm that research-grade peptides are legal to import and possess in your country before ordering. Peptide Centre is not responsible for customs clearance delays or refusals beyond our control.
4. Purity Guarantee
All products sold by Peptide Centre are guaranteed to meet or exceed 99% purity unless otherwise stated. Each product batch is supported by a third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA).
If you believe your product does not meet the advertised purity, you may have it tested by an independent accredited laboratory within 30 days of receipt. If purity results fall below 99%, please email your official lab report and order number to admin@peptidecentre.com. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or replacement of the product including shipping.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be made within 35 days of receiving your product.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is proven defective or fails purity testing.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Products altered or misused after delivery.
- Products purchased on sale or with discount codes (unless defective).
- Products past expiration at the time of use.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Please contact admin@peptidecentre.com immediately if you wish to request a cancellation.
